Every month, they performed training camps that lasted for two weeks. Filming days started with 30-40 minutes of stretching and muscle exercises relating to the sequences filmed that day. For a diet for a full, fit “007” physique, Craig’s breakfast consisted of rye bread, eggs, avocado, kimchi, black coffee, and a shot of turmeric while filming “No Time to Die” (via men’s magazine). After a workout, Craig usually enjoyed a meal or vegan shake made with protein, greens, and nut milk. Additionally, he was taking a dose of turmeric root juice along with a probiotic dose, men’s magazine reports.
