Family Literacy Workshop

Happy Reading Solutions is partnering with the Jersey City Public Library to invite families to participate in a free Family Literacy Workshop: Making Reading Aloud Meaningful Saturday, November 12, from noon to 1 p.m.

The workshop focuses on providing strategies on how to read with children as well as creating reading routines at home. The workshop is held at the Pavonia branch located at 326 8th St. , Jersey City.

Riverview Farmers Market is still open before Thanksgiving

The Riverview Farmers Market takes place Sunday, November 13, at 10 a.m. at Riverview-Fisk Park, 498 Palisade Ave. , Jersey City. The market remains open until November 20.
