MANILA: Toyota Motor Corporation and Nissin Food Products Co., Ltd. have signed an agreement to promote human well-being through healthy eating. This proposed plan will look into employing Nissin’s revolutionary food product, which is based on the most up-to-date molecular nutritional science, to provide Woven City with personalized, delicious, and healthy “Complete Nutrition Meals.” Woven City is being developed on behalf of Toyota in Susono City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan by Woven Planet, Inc., a Toyota subsidiary.

Toyota plans to transform itself into a mobility company through Woven City, and will execute numerous demos with various partners. Toyota is tackling the problem of achieving well-being for everybody through Woven City, and redefining “mobility” to be more human-centered. Not only does the term “mobility” refer to traveling from point A to point B, but it also refers to “moving” people’s hearts.
Under the slogan “Beyond Instant Foods,” Nissin Foods is tackling the problem of establishing a new food culture that extends beyond the value of instant foods. Nissin Foods has been exploring “Complete Nutrition Meals” that delivers all of the essential nutrients with controlled calories, salt, sugar, and fat while retaining the food’s appearance and taste. Nissin Foods is working on a variety of projects to actualize food for the future by leveraging unique and cutting-edge food manufacturing technology, which they developed for instant noodles and other products.

Even though the sectors involved are different, Nissin Foods’ ambition of going “Beyond Instant Foods” and Toyota Woven City’s goal of “broadening the scope of mobility” are fundamentally the same. These goals are in line with each other, resulting in this basic agreement. Nissin Foods’ “Complete Nutrition Meals” will be available in Woven City, and the two firms will collaborate to achieve well-being through food by striving for delicious and healthy products that are personalized to each individual’s needs.
