The Working Forward series, launched today, examines the future of work, with topics ranging from the accelerated emergence of data and technology to evolving workforce dynamics and what they might mean for employers, employees and providers of benefits solutions. Futurist Garry Golden joins series hosts Harry Monti, Todd Dzen, Paul Tyler and Laura Dinan Haber for the first podcast, The Future of Work, a timely discussion on the issues shaping society and business and how organizations should think about market shifts.

Hosts of “Work Ahead”

Harry Monti – Executive Vice President, Symetra Advantage Division

Harry joined Symetra in 2014 and has over 20 years of in-house and advisory experience in finance, operations and strategic planning. Prior to joining Symetra, he held the position of Director of Insurance Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), providing advice and support to group benefit clients on management, claims and strategic issues. Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, he held senior level executive and claims positions within The Hartford Group, retirement plans, and enterprise-wide shared services organizations. Harry has also held financial management positions at MassMutual and UNUM.

Todd Dozen – Vice President, Director of Product Management and Voluntary Practices, Symetra Advantage Division

Todd is the Director of Product Management for the Life, Disability and Voluntary Benefits group products for the Symetra Benefits division. With nearly 20 years in the business, Todd held roles in claims, sales support, account management and products at carriers such as Aetna and AIG prior to joining Symetra. She would also like to be a member of the Limra Workplace Benefits Advisory Board.

Paul Tyler – Marketing Director, Nassau Financial Group

Paul leads the marketing strategy, digital sales channel and innovation activity at Nassau Financial Group. Paul leads the brand for insurance companies and affiliate asset management companies. Additionally, he launched Nassau Re/Imagine, a technology-focused incubator in Hartford, Connecticut. Prior to his role at Nassau Financial Group, he worked for Fidelity and Guaranty Life and MetLife in a variety of roles in strategy, marketing, operations, technology, sales and compliance.

Laura Dinan Haber – Innovation Program Manager, Nassau Financial Group

Laura serves as Director of the Innovation Program at Nassau Re/Imagine, the insurance technology incubator of Nassau Financial Group. It drives community and industry collaboration and forges innovative corporate partnerships. Prior to her role at Nassau Financial Group, she worked for the MetroHartford Alliance, the City of Hartford Chamber of Commerce and the region’s economic development leader, in a variety of investor relations and marketing roles. She also serves as co-organizer of TEDxHartford.
