The group of experts, appointed by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and chaired by former Canadian Environment Minister Catherine McKenna, made recommendations “to prevent net zero from being undermined by false claims, ambiguity and “green ambiguity,” according to a report published Tuesday by a group of academics, government and business leaders.
